KARISMA is an innovative biostimulator based on genetically modified type I collagen, hyaluronic acid and carboxymethyl cellulose, the first of its kind on the market.

• The product contains natural ingredients and is biocompatible with human tissues. Above all, it has a biostimulating effect, i.e. it stimulates the production of collagen and elastin fibers in the skin, which leads to its transformation, resulting in improved firmness, density and elasticity, as well as a reduction in wrinkles, scars and stretch marks.

The ingredients of Karisma

The unique composition of the product is based on three synergistically acting ingredients:

• Type I collagen α1 chain polypeptide – stimulates the production of type I collagen in the skin, which accounts for 80% of the collagen present in the skin (28 types of this protein are known in the human body). This is the so-called collagen of youth. Unfortunately, from the age of 25, its amount decreases by an average of 2% per year, and during menopause by up to 30-35%! Its quality also deteriorates – the fibers stretch and lose their supporting properties. The purpose of biostimulators is to stimulate the production of collagen in the skin so that it regains its firmness, elasticity, flexibility and youthful appearance.
• High molecular weight (1200-1500 kDa) hyaluronic acid – HA is another important component of human tissues, it is produced in the extracellular matrix and is responsible for skin hydration, smoothness and replenishment. The non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid used in KARISMA improves the quality of the extracellular matrix, creating optimal conditions for the growth, proliferation and migration of fibroblasts, i.e. the cells responsible for the production of collagen and elastin. It speeds up the regeneration processes, hydrates, revitalizes and improves the quality of the skin. The gentle filling effect is visible immediately after the procedure.
• Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) – an antiaging polymer widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. It inhibits the activity of free radicals and the endogenous enzyme hyaluronidase, which is responsible for the faster breakdown of hyaluronic acid in tissues (provides a protective effect against it).
