The purpose of this Policy is to define the behavior of the persons staying in our center and the users of the services and the basic rules that are essential for the performance of a cultured service activity at a high standard.

  1. Compliance with current Hungarian legislations and these Policies are mandatory for all persons staying in our center. The Policy can be read both in the waiting room of our store and on our website. By booking an appointment and using the services, our Guest automatically accepts the rules of the Policy.
  2. We ask our guests to maintain a calm atmosphere and silence in the area of ​​our centers. Please refrain from loud speech, shouting, and any other loud or otherwise distracting activity (e.g., listening to music on the phone, slamming a door, etc.).
  3. Please ensure cleanliness. Our shop prohibits the consumption of crumbly or otherwise polluting, highly fragrant foods and beverages, ice cream, and smoking. If you notice a cleanliness problem somewhere in our store, please report it to our staff.
  4. Please always arrive on time for treatments. Our specialists welcome guests one after the other, so it is extremely important that everyone takes the agreed dates seriously. Please note that the time booked is the start time of treatment. An exact start requires a few minutes’ arrival, depending on the service (prior notice can be requested from our appropriate specialist).
  5. In the event of a delay, there is a risk that our staff will not be able to complete the treatment. In this case, due to the delay, the treatment lasts shorter than planned. There is no possibility to “replace” the missing part later.
  6. Health is also a key issue for us. For the sake of the health of our other guests and staff, please only participate in our treatments in a healthy way. It is the duty of our staff to use a protective mask in cases of suspected infection, to give the guest a protective mask, or even to postpone treatment.
  7. It is forbidden to record any visual or audio material in our shop without the prior permission of our specialists.
  8. In the event of a breach of any provision of the Policy, our employees are required to request the cessation of the irregular conduct. If this request is not complied with, the offending person must leave our business, even by interrupting the service started.
  9. The Policy may be amended unilaterally and immediately by the operator at any time.
